Terms of Service

1. The Service

BookQuo helps small businesses create quotes, manage bookings, issue invoices and keep customer records. We may update, add or remove features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and using the Service for a business.

3. Free trial, plans & billing

• New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are in Australian dollars.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you enter and the messages (SMS/email) you send to your customers through the Service, including having consent to contact them and complying with spam and privacy laws.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your quotes, invoices and tax treatment (including GST and ABN details). BookQuo is a tool and does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the right to use the Service.

7. Availability & disclaimers

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export or deletion of your data.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
